Shipping Policy


GotoDirect is a California-based e-store and is required to collect sales tax in accordance with the law unless the customer provides a valid and legitimate tax exemption certificate for the purchased product. Customers must submit this certificate before the product is shipped.

Shipping Times


Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Our primary shipping partners — FedEx and USPS — handle shipments from our warehouses in the United States, European Union, Asia, and the Middle East.

Shipping Services and Cut-Off Times:

  • Free Ground (US Only): Free ground shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. This service is available via FedEx and USPS, depending on the location (excluding Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska). The cut-off time for orders is 3 PM Central Time.

  • FedEx 2-Day: Available only within the US, this service guarantees delivery in 2 days. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.

  • Standard Overnight (US Only): Orders are delivered the next business day. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.

  • Priority Overnight (US Only): Delivered the next business day, typically by 10:30 AM, depending on the location. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.

  • International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.

  • Canada/Puerto Rico: Orders to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped using FedEx International Economy. The cut-off time is 3 PM Central Time.

  • Saturday Deliveries (US Only): Available if the order is placed on Friday. The cut-off time for Saturday delivery is 12 PM Central Time.

 

Shipping After Cut-Off Time


If an order is placed after the specified cut-off time, customers should contact our sales or support departments to inquire about the possibility of shipping the order. We will do our best to accommodate the request.

Shipping Delays

  • No shipments are processed on public holidays or weekends. Guaranteed shipping services only cover transit time.
  • Processing orders can take time, and processing delays may cause a rare one-day delay.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times to Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or international locations.
  • GotoDirect is not liable for delays caused by unexpected weather or global events affecting our shipping partners. Delivery time promises made by carriers are not our responsibility, and no shipping credits will be issued if the delay is caused by the carrier.
